Shipping During Christmas and New Year
During the period between Christmas and New Year, the service hours of some couriers will be changed.
We would like to let you know that EasyPhix will ONLY be closed on Public Holidays. But the service hours of some couriers will be changed during the period between Christmas and New Year:
- For Australia Post and Star Track, no parcel deliveries will be made on public holiday. Cut-off time on 24/12/2020 Thursday will be changed to 3 PM (Sydney time). Normal operation for all other days.
- For Flash courier same day service, the cut off time has been changed to 12 PM (Sydney time) between 29th December 2020 to 8th January 2021. The same day orders after 12 PM will be delivered the next day.
- For the Go logistic same day service company, it will be closed from 25th December 2020 to 3rd January 2021. 4th January will return back to normal operations.
As advised by the couriers, delivery volumes increase and some delays maybe experienced.
We recommend sending your parcels as early as possible to give you the best chance of delivery before the big day.
