Need your phone, tablet or other mobile device repaired but can't visit us in person? Complete the form below to arrange a send-in repair with EASYPHIX.

After submitting the form, carefully package your device and send it to our repair centre. Once your device has been received and assessed, our team will contact you regarding the repair.

Before sending your device:
  • Back up your important data where possible.
  • Remove any SIM cards, memory cards and accessories that are not required for the repair.
  • Pack your device securely to help protect it during transit.
  • Please complete the booking form below before sending your device.

Please pack your device carefully in a suitable protective box and ensure the package is securely sealed. We recommend using a trackable shipping service when sending your device to EASYPHIX.

Important: Please use the send-in address shown in the booking form and include sufficient information to identify your repair booking.
